Sven from MandAd is the first we spoke to. MandAd uses the API for Animal Protection and Boat Bike Tours, among others. Sven: “ We use the API to enrich our customers’ Tableau dashboards with email marketing metrics. Thanks to this link, they have a better insight into which records open the newsletters, how the different customer segments perform in relation to each other, etc. This extra insight is very valuable for our customers! ”
De Nieuwe Zaak also uses the information for the dashboards of three of their customers. Rémon says that they do this with Domo: “ Thanks to the Analytics Events API, we have better insight into the results and performance of campaigns. Within Deployteq, we now work strictly with the mail types, so you can distinguish between them when analysing the results. Thanks to the API, we have developed a standard dashboarding product we offer our Deployteq customers. ”
When we spoke to Jasper from Clever Strategy, he indicated that they mainly use the Analytics Events API to feed the Seino environments of Lucardi and Figo Pet (formerly Petplan). They are also working on integrating BigQuery: “ We are not there yet, but we see no reason this won’t work! ”
Thijs from 100%EMAIL indicated that they also use the API to feed the Seino environment of their customer Eeninkt.nl with data: “ In addition to the subject lines and preheaders, we also provide extra information, for example, whether it is a B2B or B2C customer. We create very complete insights for our customers ”. Pairing the app with Seino was easy, with just a few clicks.
